THE STORY OF B.N.C CARPENTRY
Our story began in 2006 when Ben started work as an apprentice for a friend with a 45-year cabinet making career. After his friend sadly passed away, Ben continued his desire for carpentry work by working for an outbuildings company for two years, and then a general carpentry business for another four, before establishing B.N.C Carpentry. What began as a hobby has quickly grown into an established business, specialising in custom handcrafted garden furniture and accessories. Blending time-old classic techniques with modern methods and materials, we create products that are built to last. From bird boxes and planters to garden furniture and storage, each of our designs has been created with the same level of care and dedication. Offering a prompt service with competitive prices, we work hard to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Whether you’re looking for a picnic bench, raised vegetable planter, or a garden storage solution, contact us today to find out more!

The faces behind B.N.C Carpentry
BEN COLES
Ben launched B.N.C Carpentry in 2012. Once just a hobby, his passion for woodwork has been the driving force behind the business. Ben enjoys the process of transforming natural materials into functional and stylish products, using a unique blend of traditional and contemporary techniques. When he’s not busy creating his latest commission in his workshop, you will find Ben helping out on Heather’s family sheep and cattle farm, or spending time with Heather and their two little girls, Bonnie and Nancy.
HEATHER COLES
Heather runs B.N.C Carpentry together with her husband Ben. Having launched the website in 2020, she takes care of all online communications. Her role involves liaising with customers, preparing orders and managing all email marketing campaigns and social media accounts. Always on the look out for new and exciting ideas, Heather will be more than happy to discuss any future business opportunities with you.
